Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant – Projects will oversee the financial management of designated projects, ensuring that all funds are managed according to donor guidelines and organizational policies. This role entails budget monitoring, preparation of financial reports, and coordination with project teams to maintain financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all project activities.
  • Monitor budget utilization, highlight variances, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final financial reports in compliance with donor requirements.
  • Coordinate external and internal audits related to project finances.
  • Support program staff in budget preparation and revision processes.
  • Ensure that donor funds are used according to approved budgets and guidelines.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable related to project activities.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to validate reported expenditures and offer financial training to field staff.

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Team Lead – Projects will be responsible for the daily operations and oversight of project warehouses, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role includes staff supervision, inventory control, and coordination with supply chain and logistics teams to meet project delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods according to organizational standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems.
  • Ensure the physical layout of the warehouse supports optimal storage and safety practices.
  • Coordinate with supply chain officers and transport teams for timely delivery of project commodities.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and casual laborers, assigning tasks and ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Officer – Distribution will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing the distribution of project materials and supplies. This includes planning delivery routes, overseeing transport logistics, ensuring compliance with donor standards, and managing relationships with third-party service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute distribution plans in line with project work plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely release of commodities.
  • Oversee the dispatch, delivery, and receipt of goods at distribution points.
  • Ensure transport and delivery documentation is accurate and properly filed.
  • Track and monitor the movement of goods from warehouses to distribution sites.
  • Liaise with partners and community representatives to schedule distribution activities.

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Assistant will support the daily operations of the warehouse by ensuring proper storage, inventory management, and documentation of goods. This role is vital in supporting the timely and accurate dispatch of commodities required for project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods and materials.
  • Label and arrange items in the warehouse in accordance with established storage procedures.
  • Update stock cards and bin cards as required after every transaction.
  • Assist in packing and preparing items for dispatch to project sites.
  • Support loading and offloading of goods with attention to safety protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse storage areas.
