1. Admissions and Marketing Coordinators – Braeburn Schools Limited

Braeburn Schools Limited is recruiting experienced and dynamic Admissions and Marketing Coordinators to manage the admissions journey for prospective families while also spearheading marketing and communications initiatives. This multifaceted role is instrumental in showcasing the distinct identity and achievements of each school to prospective parents and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the admissions process including inquiries, school tours, and onboarding of new students and families.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms to enhance the school’s visibility.
  • Craft engaging content for newsletters, press releases, websites, and social media that tells the school’s story and communicates its values.
  • Organize and coordinate open days, school events, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing parents, acting as a key touchpoint for all communications.
  • Work closely with teaching and administrative staff to ensure a seamless admissions experience aligned with the school’s mission and ethos.
  • Monitor enrollment data and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making by the school leadership.
  • Ensure that marketing materials reflect the brand, ethos, and strategic priorities of the Braeburn group.

Experience and Competencies Required:

  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or 2–3 years of experience in marketing, admissions, customer service, or sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in campaign delivery, project management, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-paced environment.
  • Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.

2. Executive Assistant to the CEO – Braeburn Schools Limited

Braeburn Schools Limited is seeking an experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a strategic administrative role involving the coordination of projects, managing complex schedules, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders across the Braeburn network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing speeches, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the communication liaison between the CEO and stakeholders including board members, parents, and partners.
  • Coordinate strategic projects and track key performance indicators across departments.
  • Manage logistics for travel, meetings, events, and workshops.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining secure records and upholding trust.
  • Facilitate follow-ups on action items and deadlines across the leadership team.
  • Monitor office workflows and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative systems.
  • Support the CEO in tracking strategic initiatives and executing the long-term vision of Braeburn Schools.

Experience and Competencies Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in office administration or executive support are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in an international or educational environment.
  • Outstanding time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong coordination skills, with ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.

3. Service Manager – Braeburn Nanyuki International School

Braeburn Nanyuki International School is looking for a capable and experienced Service Manager to support the Headteacher in managing daily school operations, including ancillary services, health and safety, and compliance. This role plays a critical function in maintaining a safe, efficient, and supportive environment conducive to learning and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

  • Collaborate with the school Administrator to ensure compliance with staff-related policies and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for all ancillary staff, in conjunction with the School Caretaker.
  • Ensure health and safety documentation and safeguarding protocols are understood and adhered to by all support staff.
  • Manage external security providers and ensure site safety protocols are followed consistently.

Operations Management:

  • Support the Headteacher in daily school operations and compliance with health, safety, and occupational health standards.
  • Maintain updated records and documentation for licensing, inspections, and compliance.
  • Lead the school’s health and safety audits and oversee risk assessments in collaboration with department heads.
  • Represent the school in fleet management meetings and ensure optimal vehicle operations and safety checks.
  • Work with kitchen staff to streamline menu planning, reduce food waste, and ensure hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate logistics and support for school events involving parents and students.
  • Oversee housekeeping, groundskeeping, catering, and transport operations to maintain high service standards.
  • Implement recycling and sustainability initiatives to reduce the school’s environmental impact.
  • Ensure all procurement and vendor management is done in line with Braeburn Schools Limited policies and financial procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, facilities allocation, and furniture distribution across the school.
  • Serve as the Chair of the Health and Safety Committee and a member of the Site Security Committee.

Experience and Competencies Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a relevant field.
  • Certification in health and safety, compliance, or facilities management is highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations or management, preferably in a school or institutional setting.
  • Strong understanding of safety compliance, logistics, procurement, and vendor oversight.
  • High-level organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capable of identifying operational gaps and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Ability to remain flexible and responsive to evolving priorities.
