Position: Customer Care Representative
Job Summary:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting passengers with inquiries, resolving complaints, providing travel information, and supporting ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information regarding routes, schedules, fares, and policies.
- Assist passengers with ticket reservations, cancellations, and rebookings.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with drivers and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other customer-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Customer Service, Hospitality Front office operations or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferred (experience in transportation, travel or service industry is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation/ticketing systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
