As part of this ongoing growth and impact, One Acre Fund is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and strategic individual to join our Finance Advisory Services (FAS) team as a Financial Planning and Reporting Analytics Specialist, based in Nairobi.

About the Role

The Financial Planning and Reporting Analytics Specialist plays a central role in advancing our financial sustainability and decision-making. You will be an integral member of the Finance Advisory Services (FAS) team—a specialized group of professionals focused on financial strategy, planning, and analytics.

FAS is tasked with guiding the financial operations of the organization, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, creating financial models, and utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools for strategic analysis. The team works closely with leadership and departments across countries to ensure that financial decisions are well-informed, data-driven, and aligned with organizational goals.

As the Financial Planning and Reporting Analytics Specialist, you will support both routine and strategic financial processes, helping One Acre Fund to plan effectively for both the present and the long term. This includes developing financial reports, improving data systems, managing reporting calendars, and playing a key role in implementing innovations that enhance the efficiency and impact of financial planning.

This position reports directly to the Global Financial Advisory Services Senior Associate and offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Nairobi, Kenya.
