1. Ecosystem Lead – Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) Sector

Reports To: Head of Ecosystem and Value Chain Banking

Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecosystem strategy targeting NGOs, international development agencies, charitable foundations, and their associated value chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that position KCB as a preferred financial partner for NGOs.
  • Identify ecosystem opportunities and co-create value-added solutions with stakeholders.
  • Drive relationship management and growth within the NGO sector.
  • Build cross-functional collaboration to integrate retail, corporate, and digital offerings tailored to this segment.
  • Ensure risk and compliance standards are met within the ecosystem strategy.

2. Ecosystem Lead – Faith-Based Organizations (FBO) Sector

Job Reference: 4427 | Deadline: 11th July 2025
Reports To: Head of Ecosystem and Value Chain Banking

Job Purpose:
Design, implement, and manage the commercial strategy within the Faith-Based Organization Ecosystem, which cuts across corporate, retail, and digital banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and drive ecosystem-wide business development plans targeting FBOs.
  • Promote synergy across internal departments to deliver tailored financial products.
  • Lead marketing, business growth, and thought leadership initiatives within the FBO segment.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with faith-based institutions.
  • Champion innovation in products and business models within this ecosystem.

3. Database Administrator

Job Reference: 4407 | Deadline: 11th July 2025
Reports To: Senior Manager, Data Administration

Job Purpose:
Ensure high performance, availability, security, and integrity of KCB’s relational database systems across various group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain databases using MySQL, MS SQL, and other technologies.
  • Monitor database performance and implement tuning improvements.
  • Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and security protocols are maintained.
  • Support application teams in integrating and querying databases.
  • Automate routine tasks to increase operational efficiency.

4. Database Administrator (Advanced Platforms)

Job Reference: 4406 | Deadline: 11th July 2025

Job Purpose:
Deliver seamless database administration and support services across both relational and non-relational platforms such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and upgrade databases including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Optimize database performance through tuning and efficient indexing.
  • Monitor system health, ensure data integrity, and apply security best practices.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for database-related solutions.
  • Contribute to the design of new applications by advising on database structure and integrations.

5. SAHL Banker – Eastleigh Branch

Job Purpose:
Drive the growth of SAHL’s Shariah-compliant banking portfolio by expanding both the asset and liability segments, ensuring sustainable financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute branch-based strategies to increase customer base and product uptake.
  • Engage in client relationship management to deliver personalized Islamic banking solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with Shariah principles and internal banking policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend product adjustments.

6. Manager – Cyber Security Audit

Reports To: Senior Manager, Cyber Security Audit

Job Purpose:
Conduct cyber security audits and advisory services to assess the reliability, security, and integrity of the bank’s ICT infrastructure and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cybersecurity audits in line with the annual audit plan.
  • Evaluate system vulnerabilities and propose risk mitigation strategies.
  • Review security policies and operational practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and risk teams to improve cyber resilience.
  • Prepare audit reports and follow-up on implementation of recommendations.

7. Senior Manager – Domain Architect (Core Banking Applications)

Job Purpose:
Lead the architecture and optimization of core banking applications that support retail, corporate, investment banking, and insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the implementation of core banking system architecture.
