Experience
- Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role, ideally in a project-based environment.
- Experience in financial management and procurement.
- Familiarity with compliance and reporting requirements for donor-funded projects.
- Prior experience working with conservation or environmental projects is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing logistics, HR functions, and office management.
Qualifications
- A degree in business administration, management, finance, social sciences, or a related field.
- A certification or qualification in project management is an advantage.

2. Field Accountant

Reporting to: Programme Manager
Responsibilities:
- Financial Record-Keeping & Transactions Management
- Budget Monitoring & Reporting
- Procurement & Payment Processing
- Audit Preparation & Financial Compliance
- Cash Flow Management
- Coordination & Liaison
Experience
- Proven experience in accounting, financial management, or a similar role, preferably in the context of donor-funded projects.
- Experience in preparing and managing budgets and financial reports.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and payment procedures.
- Experience in managing local finances, including petty cash, within field operations.
- Prior experience in the conservation or environmental sector is an advantage.
Qualifications
- A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- A professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is required.
- Additional training or experience in project finance and donor compliance will be an advantage.

3. Programme Manager

Responsibilities:

- Capacity Building and Development
Experience
- 5 years proven experience in managing large-scale, donor-funded projects, preferably in conservation or environmental sectors.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, across different organizations.
- Track record of successful stakeholder and partnership management.
- Experience in field-based project management and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in conservation, environmental studies, project management, social sciences or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management.

4. Field Community Officer
Project: Enhancing Protection and Management in the SOKNOT Ecosystem in Kenya
Reporting to: Programme Manager

- Programme Implementation
- Financial Management and Reporting
- Local Asset Management
- Local Procurement
Experience
- Proven experience working in community based projects;
- Knowledge of procurement processes and payment procedures;
- Experience in managing local finances, including cash floats, within field operations;
- Prior experience in the conservation or environmental sector is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma level in community development, project management, natural resource management or related disciplines;
- Certificate in relevant computer applications;
- Clean driving (minimum class B) and/or riding (class A2) license is a requirement.
