Job Description
To provide support to the Real Estate Services (RES) project management function through the effective management of reactive unplanned maintenance, planned cyclical maintenance, CDM/ATMs, and special projects that support the Bank’s strategic objectives.
The role shall also be responsible for improvement and automation initiatives aimed at realizing effective measurable benefits by way of generating analysing and distributing management information reports to enable business management decisions.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Experience Required
3-5 Years
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – e.g., construction management, civil engineering, project management, real estate management, business administration.
Professional project management certifications e.g., PMP, Prince2 or equivalent are highly desirable.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience in managing construction projects with a good understanding of banking sector requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Managing and engaging with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant local and international building codes and standards as well as banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
