Job Summary
Reporting to the Sales and Relationship Officer, the job holder will be responsible for
developing new business prospects and interacting with existing Members to increase sales
of the Society’s products and services.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Achieving the set individual targets in terms of numbers & value for onboarding
members, financing and saving Shariah compliant products (Yasar Products). - Supporting the organization and participating in Shariah compliant products’ sales &
marketing events. - Disseminating relevant savings, financing products and services information to the
Sacco members. - Cross selling products / services to existing and potential members.
- Identifying new sales & market segments.
- Assisting in marketing research.
- Participate in various outreach events such as member education.
- Submit weekly & monthly sales report through the Sales Logs
- Carry out sales activation drives
- Capture physical application forms in the CRM system
- Ensure the respective portfolios are fully funded & active
- Establishing and maintaining membership.
- Ensure compliance with KYC & due diligence.
- Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications.
Diploma / Higher Diploma in Business administration, Public Relationship/Sales, Marketing
or a related field.
Experience
Zero (0) to Three (3) years’ experience.
