Job Overview

As a Service Center at Moja Expressway, your role will focus on ensuring seamless support to customers using the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) system. You will be stationed at the company’s Service Center in Nairobi and play a critical part in the after-sales servicing of On-Board Units (OBUs) and related customer transactions. You will also help customers understand the tolling technology and respond to various service needs and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for walk-in ETC clients at the Moja Expressway Service Center
