Job Description:
As the Assistant Manager, Credit Collections, you will be responsible for managing and implementing effective credit collection strategies to reduce non-performing assets. This role involves overseeing daily collection operations, ensuring timely follow-up with delinquent customers, developing repayment plans, and negotiating settlements while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will also prepare collection reports, coordinate with legal teams where necessary, and support the formulation of proactive recovery strategies.

Job Description:
The Senior Officer, Network Technologies, will oversee the development, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the bank’s networking infrastructure. Job Description:
The Senior Officer, Retail Recoveries, will be tasked with handling retail loan recovery functions, particularly targeting delinquent and written-off retail accounts. This includes identifying recovery opportunities, initiating and managing debt collection processes, engaging with customers and recovery agents, preparing recovery plans, and monitoring performance. The role also requires collaboration with legal teams and other stakeholders to drive successful resolution of impaired loans, while minimizing losses and optimizing recoveries.
