Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and oversee monthly stock counts in all locations.
- Perform detailed reconciliations between physical inventory, warehouse records, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and accounting systems like Xero.
- Investigate and resolve any variances or discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Track stock movement and accurately record Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) across all business units.
- Financial Reporting and Month-End Close
- Collaborate with the General Accountant to support the monthly close process.
- Prepare and submit inventory-related financial schedules and variance analysis reports.
- Ensure all stock transactions are accurately reflected in financial reports.
- Support audit preparation and provide documentation to external and internal auditors.
- Fixed Assets Management
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate Fixed Assets Register.
- Record additions, disposals, and movements of assets in a timely manner.
- Monitor depreciation schedules and ensure compliance with asset capitalization policies.
- Coordinate asset tagging and physical verification exercises across sites.
- Internal Controls and Risk Management
- Conduct regular spot checks, site audits, and internal reviews to identify and mitigate inventory and asset-related risks.
- Design and implement controls to prevent stock losses, pilferage, and unauthorized usage.
- Monitor and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for inventory handling across departments.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
