1. Assistant Accountant

Job Description:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation in line with university and donor requirements.
- Process payments, track expenditures, and reconcile accounts related to project funds.
- Support budget preparation, financial forecasting, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and assist in financial reporting.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on financial matters related to project execution.
This role is critical in supporting effective financial administration for ongoing and upcoming university projects.
2. PhD Research Assistant (Re-Advertisement)

Duty Station: University of Nairobi
Job Description:
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and interpretation related to specific research themes within the assigned project.
- Support literature reviews, preparation of manuscripts, and academic publications.
- Participate in research fieldwork, community engagement, and stakeholder consultations.
- Collaborate with supervisors and research teams to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and dissemination events related to the project.
