Property Advisor – HFDI

As a Property Advisor within our Housing Finance Development Initiative (HFDI), you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying, sourcing, and closing sales leads in the real estate sector. The role covers both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source sales leads through fieldwork, referrals, marketing events, and online platforms.
  • Conduct client presentations and site visits to provide potential buyers with detailed project information.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and follow up to closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Team Sales Leader.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports for management review.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Documentation and Securities Manager, this role is integral to managing legal documentation relating to the lending process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage documentation required for loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Ensure timely perfection of securities and documentation in compliance with lending policies.
  • Work with business units to ensure documentation aligns with credit approval terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support for asset recovery including foreclosure, liquidation, and enforcement actions.
  • Advise on restructuring of facilities and settlements to mitigate losses.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors, receivers, and debt collectors in recovery efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to asset recovery.
