1. Programme Manager, Tertiary & Alumni
Location: Nairobi
Deadline: 25 July 2025
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager – Education, the Programme Manager will oversee implementation and management of tertiary and alumni components within the KCB Foundation’s Education Programme. The role involves supporting over 1,000 students in universities and middle-level colleges across Kenya, with an expected annual intake of an additional 1,000. Responsibilities include student engagement, performance tracking, and partnership coordination with institutions.


2. Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Location: Nairobi
Deadline: 25 July 2025
The M&E Manager reports to the Project Manager and leads implementation of MEAL frameworks and tools for various projects. Key responsibilities include daily monitoring and evaluation activities, reporting on project performance, ensuring data quality, and providing technical guidance to project teams on measurement strategies.


3. SAHL Banker – Garissa Branch
Location: Garissa
Deadline: 25 July 2025
Responsible for growing SAHL Islamic banking business in both assets and liabilities. Duties include customer acquisition, maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring adherence to Shariah and internal banking policies.


4. Universal Banker – Moyale Branch
Location: Moyale
Deadline: 25 July 2025
The Universal Banker is tasked with delivering KCB’s banking propositions at the branch level. The role includes growing portfolios, customer relationship management, and execution of operational banking activities aligned with business objectives.


5. Head, Business Performance
Location: Nairobi
Deadline: 1 August 2025
This position reports to the Director of Finance and is responsible for financial performance analysis and strategic insight delivery. Core duties include financial modelling, forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and reviewing new business initiatives to support decision-making and business planning.


6. HR Business Partner
Location: Nairobi
Deadline: 1 August 2025
The HRBP leads HR strategy execution in collaboration with department heads. Key responsibilities include change management, internal HR communications, talent identification, and development of value propositions for high-performing employees.


7. Head, Learning, Development & Talent
Location: Nairobi
Deadline: 1 August 2025
Reporting to the Group HR Director, this role focuses on designing learning programs, identifying skill gaps, and managing talent development. The role includes succession planning, career pathing, and overseeing training programs to align talent with business needs.


8. Senior Product Manager – Investor Services
Location: Nairobi
Deadline: 4 August 2025
Responsible for strategic planning and execution of custody and trustee services products. The role includes overseeing the full product lifecycle, from development to launch, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing ROI through performance tracking and market analysis.


9. Relationship Manager – Investor Services
Location: Nairobi
Deadline: 4 August 2025
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Trustee Services, this role involves managing a portfolio of Trustee Services clients, sourcing new business, maintaining relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.


10. Relationship Manager – Custody Services
Location: Nairobi
Deadline: 4 August 2025
The role, reporting to the Head of Investor Services, entails providing custody services for investment schemes and retirement benefits schemes. Responsibilities include client relationship management, compliance monitoring, and business growth.
