The Digital Agency Sales Representative is responsible for selling of properties listed with the digital property business unit (both private and publicly developed), guiding customers through the initial stages of the property acquisition process, and ensuring a smooth handover to onboarding and portfolio teams. The role involves follow-up on initial 10% deposits, timely execution of offer letters and sale agreements. Ensuring the customer documentation is done on the system. This role is vital in driving uptake of properties, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Principle Accountabilities
Sales of properties listed with the digital property business unit
- Promote and sell both public and private developed properties to eligible clients.
- Generate leads through activations, referrals, property expos, and online campaigns and manage them to closure
- For publicly developed units, vet the clients to ensure they qualify for the various categories of affordable housing products (social, affordable and market)
- Convert prospects into buyers through product presentation and guided client engagement.
Follow-Up on 10% Initial Payments
- Ensure customers make the required 10% deposit within 7 days of booking.
- Send reminders, make follow-up calls, and document payment statuses.
Collaboration with Portfolio Officers
- Work closely with portfolio team to facilitate seamless transition from sales to closure.
- Manage the relationships until the handover of their units

Offer Letter Execution
- Track preparation and timely signing of offer letters with clients.
- Ensure clients understand the terms outlined and guide them through the execution process.
Support on Sale Agreement Execution
- Liaise with portfolio officers and the legal teams to ensure timely preparation and signing of sale agreements.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments and submitting necessary documents.
Client Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation is submitted to relevant teams for processing.
Customer Education & Product Sensitization
- Educate prospective clients about property purchase processes, eligibility, and payment plans.
- Conduct site visits, community briefings, and customer information sessions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Prior experience with an insurance company or a bank is preferred.
