As part of the EU’s academic and scientific cooperation with Africa, the EU has launched calls for proposals under the Africa Initiative III programme 2025.
This ambitious programme aims to strengthen research and innovation, while enhancing cooperation between Africa and Europe.
It builds on the foundations of the previous Africa Initiatives, and focuses on five priority areas namely;
(i) Public Health,
(ii) Green Transition,
(iii) Innovation & Technology,
(iv) Capacities for Science, and
(v) Cross-cutting issues.
