1. Senior Officer – Early Collections

Department: Credit Risk Management
Reports to: Manager – Early Collections

Job Description:
The Senior Officer – Early Collections will be responsible for managing and executing early-stage collections for the bank’s credit portfolio. This role is key in supporting risk management and maintaining high-quality performing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the early collections strategy by initiating proactive measures to recover overdue accounts.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts and develop action plans to resolve them before they progress to late-stage collections.
  • Liaise with relationship managers and branch teams to support prompt resolution of overdue accounts.
  • Review and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities and portfolio performance.
  • Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and letters to ensure timely repayments.
  • Recommend accounts for restructuring or legal recovery where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in collections.

2. Manager – Mortgage

Job Description:
The Manager – Mortgage will spearhead the growth and management of the mortgage business. The role entails developing mortgage products, driving sales, and maintaining high service standards to enhance client satisfaction and portfolio profitability.
