1. Parts Ordering Analyst
Location: Head Office, Nairobi
Department: Aftersales – Parts

The Parts Ordering Analyst will be an essential part of the Aftersales–Parts team. This role demands analytical precision, attention to detail, and strategic thinking to ensure that Simba Corporation’s parts inventory is consistently aligned with customer and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the ordering of automotive parts from local and international suppliers.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, balancing availability with cost-efficiency.
- Monitor part movements and sales trends to forecast demand accurately.
- Work closely with internal departments (such as sales and service) to identify part requirements.
- Ensure all parts ordered comply with quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and favorable terms.

2. Regional Parts Sales Representative (RSR)

Department: Aftersales – Parts

The Regional Parts Sales Representative (RSR) will serve as a strategic link between Simba Corporation’s parts division and its growing customer base. This is a customer-facing role aimed at building long-term relationships, boosting sales, and increasing market penetration in the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Drive regional sales targets by promoting and selling parts to individual and corporate clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication.

3. Sales Executive – Agri-Business

4. Junior Accounts Clerk
Location: Acacia Premier Hotel, Kisumu
Department: Finance

The Junior Accounts Clerk will support the Finance Department at Acacia Premier Hotel, a flagship hospitality brand under Simba Corporation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial documentation and supporting the finance team’s day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Post daily transactions into the accounting system.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in reconciling supplier accounts.
- Verify and process staff claims and advances in compliance with company policies.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain up-to-date filing of financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports as directed by the Chief Accountant.
- Respond to queries from other departments regarding payment and financial records.
- Ensure timely processing of statutory payments including VAT, PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, and others.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors during periodic reviews.
- Participate in stock takes and assist in reconciliation of variances.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial data.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Accountant or Finance Manager to support overall departmental efficiency.
