1. Field Officer – Epidemiologically at Risk Populations
Location: Lodwar, Kenya
Type: Contract
Job Description:
The Field Officer will lead and coordinate community engagement activities targeting populations at increased epidemiological risk of HIV and related infections. The role involves working closely with peer educators, local health facilities, and stakeholders to deliver outreach, education, and linkages to services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement field activities and community-based interventions.
- Coordinate with local CBOs and peer networks to ensure outreach coverage.
- Monitor program delivery and community feedback.
- Report on challenges, outcomes, and successes of outreach campaigns.
- Ensure linkage to HIV testing, PrEP, care, and treatment services.
- Track referrals and service uptake among key populations.
2. HIV Testing Services (HTS) Counsellor
Location: Lodwar, Kenya
Type: Contract
Job Description:
The HTS Counsellor will provide HIV testing and counselling services in line with national guidelines, with a focus on high-risk populations. The role also includes pre- and post-test counselling, partner notification services, and linkage to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HIV testing using approved national algorithms.
- Offer client-centered pre- and post-test counselling.
- Facilitate disclosure and partner notification services.
- Refer and link individuals testing positive to treatment centers.
- Maintain accurate testing logs, registers, and reports.
- Uphold client confidentiality and ethical standards.
3. Registered Clinical Officer (RCO) – VMMC Surgeon
Location: Lodwar, Kenya
Type: Contract
Job Description:
The Registered Clinical Officer will perform safe male circumcision procedures under the Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) program, following Ministry of Health and WHO guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct VMMC procedures and manage post-operative care.
- Screen clients for medical eligibility.
- Counsel clients on the benefits and risks of VMMC.
- Ensure infection prevention and control standards.
- Maintain surgical and clinical documentation.
- Support mobile and outreach VMMC activities as needed.
4. Adherence Counsellor
Location: Lodwar, Kenya
Type: Contract
Job Description:
The Adherence Counsellor is responsible for supporting clients on ART (antiretroviral therapy) to adhere to treatment and maintain viral suppression. The role involves continuous client education, psychosocial support, and tracking of defaulters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized adherence counselling and support.
- Monitor appointment keeping and medication refill patterns.
- Conduct follow-up of clients missing clinic visits.
- Facilitate peer support groups and client engagement forums.
- Work with clinical teams to address client-specific challenges.
- Keep detailed adherence tracking records and reports.
5. Registered Clinical Officer

Job Description:
This position involves offering comprehensive outpatient clinical care and supporting HIV, TB, and reproductive health services in project-supported health facilities and mobile outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses.
- Support HIV care, TB management, and STI treatment.
- Offer family planning and RMNCAH services.
- Maintain medical records and patient confidentiality.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with nursing and community health teams.
6. RMNCAH and EMTCT Nurse
Location: Lodwar, Kenya
Type: Contract
Job Description:
The RMNCAH and EMTCT Nurse will support the provision of Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) services alongside Elimination of Mother-to-Child Transmission (EMTCT) interventions within project-supported facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
- Conduct EMTCT interventions and HIV counselling/testing for pregnant women.
- Monitor maternal and child health indicators and outcomes.
- Conduct health education and community sensitization sessions.
- Administer immunizations and child growth monitoring.
- Work with CHVs to promote facility-based deliveries and continuity of care.
7. Part-Time Graphic Designer
Location: Lodwar, Kenya (Remote or On-site)

Job Description:
The Part-Time Graphic Designer will support visual communication efforts by creating compelling, high-impact graphics, infographics, reports, and awareness materials for public health campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design posters, flyers, brochures, and social media graphics for health projects.
- Collaborate with project and communication teams to translate health messages into visuals.
- Ensure branding and consistency across all communication materials.
- Edit and format reports, presentations, and multimedia content.
- Work with tight deadlines and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized archive of creative work.
