Job Purpose
The Bancassurance Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the Bank’s insurance business within a designated region. This involves developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building partnerships with insurance providers, training branch teams, and ensuring consistent revenue growth from insurance-related products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth of Bancassurance products across assigned branches by implementing tactical and strategic initiatives.
