Introduction:
Kenya Vehicle Manufacturers (KVM) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Trainer to lead the development and execution of technical training programs aligned with our vehicle assembly and manufacturing operations. This critical role ensures that our technicians possess the core technical competencies necessary to deliver high-quality service and meet operational excellence across all production stages—from logistics and assembly to painting, welding, maintenance, and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mechanical engineering, hands-on experience in the automotive or vehicle assembly industry, and a proven track record in designing and managing technical training programs.
