1. Hotel Manager

The Hotel Manager will oversee the overall operations of the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, team management, and the implementation of high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Develop and enforce hotel policies and operating procedures
  • Lead and motivate department managers and staff
  • Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational costs
  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, hospitality, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations

2. Cashier

The Cashier is responsible for processing guest payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring an excellent guest checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
  • Ensure pricing is accurate and apply discounts or promotions when applicable
  • Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and records

3. HR Assistant

The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks and contribute to fostering a positive work environment within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires

6. Stock Controller
