1. Oracle Cloud CRM Applications Support Specialist

Location: Kenya
Closing Date: August 8, 2025

This role is responsible for providing technical and functional support for the Oracle Cloud CRM applications across the bank. The successful candidate will ensure optimal application performance, manage user issues, support CRM configuration and customization, coordinate system upgrades, and ensure alignment with business requirements. The position requires close collaboration with internal users, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver a seamless CRM experience.


2. Risk Data Analytics & Model Risk

Location: Kenya
Closing Date: August 8, 2025

The role involves analyzing and interpreting risk-related data to support the bank’s risk management functions. Key responsibilities include developing and validating risk models, performing stress testing, identifying model risks, and providing data-driven insights for regulatory and internal risk reporting. The role holder will play a critical part in strengthening the institution’s risk framework through evidence-based recommendations.


3. Fraud Manager – Prevention

Location: Kenya
Closing Date: August 8, 2025

The Fraud Prevention Manager is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to prevent fraudulent activities across the bank’s channels and systems. Duties include identifying emerging fraud trends, deploying preventative tools and controls, collaborating with internal teams on proactive risk mitigation, and building staff awareness programs to create a fraud-conscious culture.


4. Fraud Manager – Detection

Location: Kenya
Closing Date: August 8, 2025

This role focuses on leading fraud detection initiatives across all products, services, and platforms. The incumbent will use analytics tools and monitoring systems to identify suspicious activities, lead investigations, and liaise with law enforcement where necessary. The position demands quick response capabilities and continuous enhancement of fraud detection mechanisms.


5. Fraud Analyst – Prevention and Detection

Location: Kenya

Reporting to the Fraud Managers, the Analyst will support both fraud prevention and detection through real-time monitoring, data analysis, and case investigations. The role includes analyzing transaction trends, supporting investigations, generating reports, and recommending actionable insights to reduce exposure to fraud risk.


6. Payroll & Benefits Manager

Location: Kenya
Closing Date: August 8, 2025

The Payroll & Benefits Manager oversees payroll processing and employee benefits administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Responsibilities include coordinating payroll systems, statutory deductions, benefits schemes (medical, pension, insurance), and serving as a point of contact for staff queries. The role is essential in maintaining high employee satisfaction and ensuring internal controls over payroll processes.


7. Relationship Manager – Credit

Location: Kenya
Closing Date: August 4, 2025

The Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of credit customers to grow the bank’s lending business while ensuring asset quality. Key tasks include assessing creditworthiness, structuring loan products, developing customized solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring adherence to risk and compliance frameworks.


8. Senior Manager – Fraud Risk

This senior role provides leadership in managing fraud risk across the organization. The incumbent is responsible for the design, execution, and oversight of fraud risk management strategies, ensuring effective detection, response, recovery, and reporting mechanisms. The role requires cross-functional coordination and proactive engagement with external fraud risk stakeholders.


9. Junior-Level Backend Developer (.NET)

Location: Kenya

This is a foundational role in Equity’s technology team responsible for backend development using the .NET framework. The developer will support the creation and maintenance of APIs, system integrations, data management logic, and scalable server-side application architecture. 10. Analyst – Office of the MD, EIB (Equity Investment Bank)

Location: Kenya
Closing Date: August 1, 2025

Reporting to the Office of the Managing Director at Equity Investment Bank, the Analyst will provide research, data analytics, and operational support for strategy execution. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, conducting industry and competitor analysis, coordinating reporting tasks, and supporting the execution of key investment banking initiatives.
