1. Usage & Retention Manager – Finserve
Location: Kenya

Job Description:
The Usage & Retention Manager will drive customer engagement and retention strategies for Finserve’s digital financial services. Responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior, designing and executing lifecycle campaigns, identifying churn triggers, and developing interventions to improve product usage and customer loyalty. 2. Senior Manager, Network Operations
