Job Description

To manage a client portfolio by building, maintaining and deepening client relationships for Financial Institutions (FIs) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs), providing specialist sector relevant treasury trusted advice, and selling fit for purpose products and services that meet client needs and achieve exceptional client experience. To optimise cross-selling opportunities by delivering tailored risk management, investment and liquidity solutions across Foreign Exchange (FX), Fixed Income (FI), Derivatives & Money Markets, and portfolio Flow sales revenue in line with the GM Flow Sales strategy and defined risk parameters and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree

  • Field of Study: Economics or any other related field.
  • ACI dealing certification is an added advantage.


Experience Required

10 Years
Global Markets Client Management

  • Seasoned experience in treasury sales and / or client relationship management. Good understanding of the buy-side industry, exposure to global markets products and practical application of the products, including structured solutions (FX, Interest Rates & Investments). This includes an understanding of the risk and regulatory environment. Experience planning for self and team in line with defined objectives and operational plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrated track record applying judgement, best practice and knowledge of internal or external business environment to solve escalated problems which may have some degree of complexity as well as to improve processes.
  • Demonstration of advanced communication skills and the ability to adapt communication style based on the target audience.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-value milestone transactions
