As part of its ongoing expansion and service improvement initiative, Equity Afya is currently inviting applications from qualified, competent, and motivated individuals to fill various clinical, pharmaceutical, dental, administrative, and support roles in several locations including Mavoko, Wajir, Kisii, Nakuru, Garissa, Busia, Isiolo, Oloitokitok, and Migori.

Below are the detailed job descriptions for each of the available positions:

1. Laboratory Technologist – Mavoko

The Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic services and ensuring the implementation of quality management systems within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with protocols.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of test results.
  • Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in internal and external quality assessments.
  • Support clinical staff with laboratory data interpretation.

Desirable Competencies:

  • Ability to lead a laboratory team and manage operational workflows.

  • Knowledge of hospital administration, public health, or emergency response.

2. Pharmaceutical Technologist – Mavoko and Wajir

11. Facility Administrator – Several Locations
