Internship Overview

The HR Digital & Engagement Intern will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience through management of digital platforms, coordination of engagement events, and development of internal communications. Reporting to the Human Resources team, this role requires a blend of technical aptitude, creativity, and people-centric focus.

This is not your typical internship. You will not only support the digitalization of internal HR processes but also help shape the cultural experience of employees across the company. Key Responsibilities

1. HR Technology & Digital Administration

As the HR Digital & Engagement Intern, you will be deeply involved in the implementation and optimization of digital tools that shape how HR interacts with employees. Your specific responsibilities in this category include:

  • Management of HR Digital Tools: Oversee and maintain internal platforms such as the HR Information System (HRIS) and SharePoint-based intranet, ensuring they are functional, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Virtual Event Support: Plan and coordinate virtual Townhall sessions and other HR-led virtual events, managing the technical setup, platform support, and post-event feedback.
  • Process Automation: Identify repetitive HR processes suitable for automation. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to streamline workflows and digitize forms, approvals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Data Analysis: Generate data from digital tools to create insights that can be used for reporting and improving employee service delivery.

2. Intranet & Internal Communication
