Health and Safety Responsibilities

Business Operations Support
- Play a central role in the development and execution of operational plans in line with the Cluster’s strategic objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and seamless delivery of key projects, products, and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key operational performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to support continuous process improvement.
Programs Coordination and Support
- Support the planning and execution of multiple program activities within the Cluster.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations, ensuring that all programs are completed within budget and scope.
- Prepare high-level status reports, program updates, and performance dashboards for review by senior leadership.
Mission Tracking and Performance Monitoring
- Develop and manage tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and align them with Cluster mission goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of program and operational performance, identifying areas of deviation and proposing corrective actions.
- Ensure that data integrity and reporting systems are well maintained to provide reliable, timely insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Support
- Actively participate in the preparation and review of business plans, budgets, and operational forecasts.
- Provide executive support to senior leadership on operational tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments—including Finance, Technology, Compliance, and Procurement—and engage with external public sector stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and collaborative progress.
Compliance and Risk Management Support
- Assist in identifying operational risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant internal policies, industry regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records to support internal and external audits, policy reviews, and compliance assessments.
Required Technical and Professional Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- At least five (5) years of experience in business operations or project management, ideally within the Banking, Telecommunications, or Retail sectors.
- Demonstrated financial modeling experience, preferably using Excel or other advanced analytical tools.
- A proven ability to explore and test new business models, design proof-of-concept solutions, and present them effectively to executive leadership.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in supporting programs, analyzing operational data, and tracking mission-critical projects.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, contributing to data-driven operational decisions.
