Job Description:
The Communications Intern will work closely with the Public Information team to support the communication and outreach efforts of UNODC. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in drafting and editing content for newsletters, reports, press releases, and social media.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of communication materials such as infographics, web content, and promotional assets.
  • Monitoring media coverage and compiling daily news summaries related to UNODC’s areas of work.
  • Supporting event organization and providing communication coverage for workshops, briefings, and campaigns.
  • Assisting with photo and video editing, and content archiving.
  • Contributing to the improvement of internal and external communication strategies.

This internship offers the chance to gain valuable experience in international public information work within a globally respected organization.
