Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Development for Digital Platforms
- Assist in the creation of visual content optimized for social media, websites, digital ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Design banners, infographics, and animations that align with the brand’s identity and marketing strategies.
- Generate visual variations for A/B testing and user engagement optimization.
- Brand Collateral and Presentation Materials
- Support in the conceptualization and design of branding and marketing materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, flyers, roll-up banners, posters, pitch decks, and newsletters.
- Ensure all design outputs maintain consistency in visual branding and align with CAML’s identity guidelines.
- Creative Collaboration and Execution
- Collaborate with the broader creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and translate campaign concepts into effective visual executions.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, concept development sessions, and project reviews.
- Apply feedback and iterate on designs, maintaining a high standard of creativity and professionalism.
- Graphic Design Tools and Platforms
- Utilize industry-standard design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and Canva to produce high-quality creative deliverables.
- Prepare artwork for digital publication and printing, ensuring proper resolution, format, and file optimization.
- Photography Projects and Event Documentation
- Assist in planning, setting up, and executing photography assignments including event photography, product photography, portraits, and lifestyle shoots.
- Capture behind-the-scenes images and visual narratives that enhance the company’s storytelling and internal documentation.
- Participate in photography assignments both on-site and in-studio as guided by the creative lead.
- Image Editing and File Management
- Edit and retouch photos using tools like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for professional-quality results.
- Sort, categorize, and tag photo assets for easy retrieval and future use.
- Maintain organized photo libraries in cloud and local servers, adhering to consistent file naming conventions and backup procedures.
- Creative Direction and Styling
- Contribute to shoot planning including selecting props, determining composition, coordinating outfits, and styling visuals to suit the intended brand narrative.
- Participate in mood boarding and storyboard development for major creative campaigns.
- Stay involved during shoots to assist with art direction, lighting setup, and styling support.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Liaise closely with the marketing, content creation, public relations, and client services teams to ensure alignment between visual content and broader communication goals.
- Offer design support for internal communication materials such as newsletters, corporate announcements, and HR presentations.
- Contribute to the development of client-facing content where required.
- Research and Innovation
- Keep up to date with emerging design and photography trends, visual storytelling techniques, and digital content formats.
- Regularly review competitors and industry leaders to benchmark design quality and identify innovation opportunities.
- Suggest new tools, technologies, or approaches to enhance the team’s creative output.
