We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Team Leader – Group Life Servicing, reporting to the Manager – Group Life Servicing. The successful candidate will be based at Jubilee’s Head Office in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Group Life Servicing team.
- Ensure efficient policy servicing including issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery in line with SLAs.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to resolve client issues.
- Review and approve policy documents and communications before dispatch.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Generate and analyze servicing reports to support business decisions.
