Job Purpose:

The Ecosystem Manager for Travel & Entertainment will be instrumental in building strategic partnerships and developing a robust commercial ecosystem that enhances customer engagement in the travel, hospitality, and entertainment sectors. The role demands a strong grasp of ecosystem management, digital commerce, and partner enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the ecosystem strategy for the travel and entertainment segment.
  • Build partnerships with airlines, hotels, event organizers, and other relevant players in the ecosystem.
  • Create value propositions and co-branded solutions to drive mutual growth with partners.
  • Manage end-to-end partner onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management.

The Employee Experience Specialist will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and overall workplace satisfaction within the LOOP DFS business unit. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring employees feel valued, empowered, and connected through the design and delivery of programs that promote a positive and inclusive employee journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies that align with business values and goals.
  • Partner with HR teams to develop a compelling onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one discussions to identify areas of improvement.

4. HR Business Partner – Outsourced Workforce & Partner Management (LOOP DFS)

Job Purpose:

The HR Business Partner – Outsourced Workforce & Partner Management will focus on the strategic and operational aspects of managing external workforce relationships, including third-party vendors and service providers. The role will ensure that all outsourced labor is effectively integrated, compliant with labor laws, and aligned with the organization’s people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR liaison for all outsourced workforce and partner management activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures governing outsourced staff in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Oversee contractual compliance, service level agreements, and vendor performance metrics.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and training programs for outsourced staff to ensure cultural alignment and productivity.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify outsourcing needs and plan workforce strategies accordingly.
