Key Responsibilities:

2. Manager, Credit Operations – LOOP DFS
Reporting to: Account & Credit Operations Senior Manager

The Credit Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end credit operations within the digital financial services platform, ensuring effective implementation of credit policies, risk mitigation, and efficient loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the credit operations team in handling digital loan applications, disbursements, and repayments.
  • Ensure compliance with credit approval processes and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows for loan administration and documentation.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and generate relevant MIS reports.
  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies to enhance credit turnaround time.

3. Valuation & Market Insights Manager – Retail Credit Solutions
Reporting to: Project & Infrastructure Finance Senior Manager

This role is responsible for providing expert valuation services and insightful market intelligence to support lending decisions across the retail credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property and asset valuations and prepare detailed reports for credit appraisal.
  • Analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights to guide product development and pricing strategies.
  • Liaise with external valuers and ensure compliance with valuation standards and internal controls.
  • Contribute to the credit approval process by providing expert opinions on collateral adequacy.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of valuation benchmarks and market intelligence reports.

4. Assistant Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking
Reporting to: Corporate Banking Sector Head

The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the Corporate Banking team in managing key client accounts, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring the execution of banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers.
  • Assist in credit proposal preparation and client onboarding processes.
  • Monitor account activities and flag anomalies for timely intervention.
  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution of service issues.
  • Track performance against budget targets and prepare periodic reports for management.

5. Head of Research – Investment Bank
Reporting to: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level support for core banking applications and resolve system incidents promptly.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in liaison with vendors.

9. Card Systems Analyst – Technology & Operations

  • Administer the card issuing and acquiring systems and ensure continuous availability.
