The Team Leader – Outpatient & Emergency Department will oversee the daily operations of both outpatient services and the emergency unit, ensuring seamless coordination, timely patient care, and high standards of service delivery. The position calls for a highly organized, proactive professional with strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of medical, nursing, and support staff in the outpatient and emergency departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee patient flow management to minimize waiting times and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Ensure that all clinical services are delivered in accordance with institutional policies, professional guidelines, and relevant regulations.

  • Follow standard operating procedures for specimen handling, storage, and transportation to the laboratory.
  • Prepare and maintain phlebotomy equipment, ensuring cleanliness, sterilization, and readiness for use.
