1. Consumer Banking Officer – Nairobi, Nakuru & Eldoret (Officer Level)
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional retail banking services to customers, managing day-to-day branch operations, and promoting bank products to meet set targets. The role involves handling account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and cross-selling bank offerings while maintaining high service standards.
2. Consumer Banking Relationship Manager – Nairobi (Manager Level)
This role focuses on building and managing strong relationships with retail customers to drive sales, cross-sell bank products, and achieve growth targets. You will be expected to identify customer needs, develop tailored banking solutions, and ensure consistent customer engagement for long-term retention.
3. Legal Manager – Debt Recovery & Special Assets – Head Office (Manager Level)
As Legal Manager, you will oversee all legal aspects of debt recovery and management of special assets. This includes advising on recovery strategies, coordinating with legal service providers, ensuring compliance with banking and legal requirements, and supporting negotiations for settlements.
4. Relationship Manager, Elite & Diaspora Banking – Nairobi (Chief Level)
This position involves managing high-net-worth and diaspora client portfolios by offering bespoke financial solutions, investment advice, and superior customer service. You will grow the portfolio through relationship building, networking, and promoting the bank’s elite banking products and services.
