Position: Milk Procurement Supervisor
The Milk Procurement Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Kinangop Dairy Limited’s procurement operations. - Supervision of Invoicing and Receipting
- Ensuring accuracy in the invoicing and receipting of milk data.
- Maintaining up-to-date records to support financial accountability.
- Sourcing High-Quality Raw Milk
- Assisting in identifying and procuring milk that meets company standards.
- Working with suppliers and farmers to maintain quality consistency.
- Management of Cooling Hubs and Collection Centers
- Overseeing the operation of milk cooling hubs.
- Ensuring that raw milk is collected, stored, and maintained under proper conditions.
- Report Preparation
- Compiling daily and weekly operational reports for management.
- Highlighting procurement performance and any challenges experienced.
- Supervision of Raw Milk Issuing
- Monitoring issuance of raw milk from collection centers.
- Ensuring all distribution is accurately recorded.
- Payments Supervision
- Reviewing and approving final payments for farmers and suppliers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or Dairy Technology with a minimum of two years’ experience in milk procurement control is strongly preferred.
- Alternatively, a diploma in Food Science and Technology or Dairy Technology with at least three years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
