To strengthen this program, the organization seeks a highly organized professional to serve as the Extension and Aggregation Specialist – Data & Execution Support.

About the Role
The Extension and Aggregation Specialist – Data & Execution Support will function as the operational backbone of the Tupande Market Access Program. This position is designed for an individual who thrives in a data-driven environment and has the ability to connect field operations with strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will provide execution support by managing sourcing calendars, ensuring quality and volume targets are achieved, and delivering real-time accurate data that guides key decision-making processes. The role will require close collaboration with both field staff and office-based teams to ensure that operational activities are efficiently executed, challenges are quickly identified, and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
The specialist will directly report to the Market Access Associate and work closely with field teams to provide consistent, accurate, and actionable information that strengthens execution across the value chain.
Detailed Job Description
The Extension and Aggregation Specialist – Data & Execution Support will be responsible for carrying out the following functions:
1. Data Insights and Decision Support
One of the core responsibilities of this role is to deliver timely and actionable data insights to guide operational decisions. The specialist will:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret field-level data related to crop sourcing, farmer participation, and market transactions.
- Translate data into clear operational insights that inform allocation of resources, coordination of field staff, and adjustments to sourcing strategies.
- Support leadership in making evidence-based decisions by ensuring that all data provided is accurate, relevant, and updated.
- Develop practical tools and templates for data collection and reporting that can be easily adopted by field staff.
2. Maintenance of Sourcing Trackers and Dashboards
Efficient data management and real-time tracking are essential for successful execution of market access operations. The specialist will:
- Maintain daily and weekly sourcing trackers to monitor procurement of avocado and macadamia.
- Ensure that all dashboards are updated in real time with information relating to volumes procured, quality standards met, and progress against set targets.
- Create visual dashboards that highlight trends and potential areas of concern for easy review by both office and field teams.
- Consolidate field reports into centralized data systems for easy retrieval and reference.
3. Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Seasonal Targets
Tracking performance is a critical part of the Tupande Market Access Program. In this capacity, the specialist will:
- Monitor progress against KPIs established for sourcing, farmer engagement, and delivery of produce.
- Ensure that seasonal procurement targets for avocado and macadamia are consistently met.
- Flag any deviations from expected performance and collaborate with relevant teams to identify corrective measures.
- Provide weekly summaries of progress to management, highlighting areas of strength and concern.
4. Early Identification and Escalation of Bottlenecks
Operational challenges can arise at any stage of the sourcing process. The specialist will:
- Monitor sourcing activities in real time to detect bottlenecks in logistics, quality control, or farmer engagement.
- Escalate issues early to leadership teams for timely intervention and resolution.
- Work with field teams to design quick response measures that minimize disruption to sourcing activities.
- Document recurring challenges and propose long-term solutions for improved efficiency.
5. Preparation of Summaries, Dashboards, and Reports
Accurate and timely reporting is essential for decision-making. The specialist will:
- Prepare comprehensive summaries of sourcing activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop reports that capture performance insights for leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure that reports are both data-driven and easily understandable for non-technical readers.
- Provide tailored dashboards for field teams to guide day-to-day execution and for management to review strategic outcomes.
6. Ensuring Compliance with Quality, Quantity, and Benchmarks
Market access operations depend on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. The specialist will:
- Monitor sourcing activities to ensure that volume and quality benchmarks are met.
- Collaborate with field staff to conduct quality checks on procured avocado and macadamia.
- Confirm compliance with both internal standards and external market requirements.
- Support training sessions for field teams to reinforce quality and compliance protocols.

Job Location
