Christ Is The Answer Ministries (CITAM) is an English-speaking Pentecostal church committed to advancing a holistic Gospel that impacts society in every sphere of life. Over the years, the Ministry has grown into one of the most recognized Christian organizations in Kenya, serving through multiple assemblies, schools, a university, a resort, catering units, a farm, children’s programs, media platforms, and mission stations both locally and internationally.

Currently, CITAM has 31 assemblies across Kenya and 4 outside the country. It provides quality education through 12 schools and Pan Africa Christian (PAC) University, and it extends its outreach into social, economic, and spiritual initiatives that directly contribute to community transformation. Among its initiatives are CITAM Kadolta Resort, Hope Media, CITAM Outfitters, and various mission programs.

To strengthen its mission, CITAM is seeking to recruit qualified and passionate professionals to fill the following positions:


1. Social Action and Advocacy Projects Coordinator

The Social Action and Advocacy Projects Coordinator will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and implementing programs that address social concerns and contribute to the advancement of justice, dignity, and equality within society. This role involves working with different stakeholders, communities, and church assemblies to ensure effective execution of initiatives that meet social and advocacy goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of social action and advocacy projects within CITAM.
  • Develop strategies and action plans aimed at addressing social issues such as poverty reduction, education, healthcare, human rights, and environmental sustainability.
  • Liaise with church assemblies, government agencies, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee resource mobilization for social action initiatives, including proposal writing and engaging potential donors.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, outcomes, and impact assessment to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of community members and church volunteers involved in advocacy work.
  • Represent CITAM in relevant forums, networks, and platforms where advocacy issues are discussed.
  • Ensure alignment of all projects with CITAM’s vision, mission, and core values.
  • Promote awareness of social justice issues within CITAM assemblies through seminars, workshops, and publications.
  • Provide administrative oversight for program budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial policies.

This position requires someone who can take initiative, build partnerships, and coordinate diverse activities to achieve meaningful community transformation.


2. Head of Media

The Head of Media will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to CITAM’s media ministry, ensuring that the church leverages modern communication platforms to spread the Gospel and engage with diverse audiences effectively. This role encompasses leadership of Hope Media as well as other communication outlets managed by CITAM.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership to Hope Media and other CITAM-owned communication platforms, ensuring alignment with the Ministry’s mission and objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy that utilizes television, radio, print, and digital platforms for effective outreach.
  • Oversee content creation and ensure high-quality, relevant, and impactful programming that meets the spiritual, educational, and social needs of audiences.
  • Supervise teams within the media department, including producers, presenters, editors, technical staff, and administrative personnel.
  • Manage partnerships and collaborations with external media organizations, regulatory bodies, and advertisers.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, ethical broadcasting practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee branding, marketing, and promotional activities for Hope Media to increase visibility and reach.
  • Monitor audience feedback and analytics to continuously improve programming and delivery.
  • Provide leadership in the adoption of new technologies and innovation to remain competitive in the evolving media landscape.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior leadership on the performance, challenges, and opportunities within the media ministry.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and investments within the media department to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
  • Lead staff training and development to build a professional, skilled, and motivated media team.

This position requires an individual with strategic vision, strong leadership ability, and a deep understanding of media operations in the context of ministry and outreach.
