The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and direction of continuous independent oversight ofthe Kenya Compliance and Financial Crime Compliance teams. The role ensures continuous independent oversight of compliance to regulations, laws, policies and procedures as a key enabler to achieving the business objectives by NCBA Bank and the subsidiaries in Kenya.
