Job Description (JD):
As an Assistant Manager – Systems Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing, designing, and implementing IT solutions to support business operations.
- Managing short-term applications and ensuring optimal system functionality.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshooting system issues and coordinating timely resolutions.
- Supporting integration of applications with existing business systems.
- Preparing documentation, reports, and system user guides.
- Ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff.
