Position: Client Services Officer – Onboarding
Location: Head Office, Nairobi
Reports to: Assistant Manager – Fund Administration

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Client Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients while maintaining high service standards.
Job Description (JD):
As a Client Services Officer (Onboarding), you will be expected to:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients across various investment products.
- Ensure client documentation is accurately completed, verified, and filed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients to provide guidance, respond to queries, and address onboarding concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition of clients into Jubilee systems.
- Support the preparation of onboarding reports, dashboards, and client records.
- Continuously review onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the Client Services and Fund Administration teams as required.
