We are looking for tech-savvy, innovative, and driven interns to join our Digital Factory team. This program provides hands-on experience in designing and implementing digital products that transform the insurance experience.
Job Description (JD):
As a Digital Factory Intern, you will:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and test digital solutions.
- Support coding, debugging, and deploying applications aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design initiatives.
- Assist in research, data analysis, and reporting to inform product innovation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for digital transformation.
- Provide support in integrating digital solutions with existing systems.
- Engage in agile project management practices within the factory environment.
- Contribute to digital innovation projects that enhance customer experience.
