As a Direct Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the direct sales team to achieve business targets and objectives.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in individual and SME health insurance segments.
- Monitoring performance metrics and implementing measures to improve sales productivity.
- Identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
- Providing training, mentorship, and motivation to the sales team to enhance performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
