We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support project planning, execution, and monitoring within Jubilee Health Insurance Limited. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
Job Description (JD):
As a Project Management Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects across the business.
- Monitoring project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Preparing project reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
- Identifying project risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Ensuring adherence to project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Providing administrative support to the Strategy Office on project-related initiatives.
- Contributing to process improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization.
