Job Description
The Manager, Credit Operations will oversee the end-to-end credit operations process, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant execution of lending activities. The role requires close collaboration with business units, risk, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless credit experience for clients while safeguarding the organization’s portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily credit operations including disbursement, repayments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure credit processes comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk frameworks.
- Monitor loan performance, identify variances, and escalate emerging risks.
- Support system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with risk, collections, and business teams to manage credit lifecycle activities.
