Job Description
The Research Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Dean of the School of Tourism and Hospitality (STH) and will play a vital role in supporting ongoing and upcoming research activities. Key responsibilities will include:
- Research Support: Assist in designing, conducting, and analyzing academic research projects in tourism, hospitality, and related fields.
- Grant Writing Assistance: Provide support in preparing grant applications, proposals, and donor reports to secure funding for projects.
- Data Management: Support data collection, entry, analysis, and presentation of research findings in a clear and accurate manner.
- Publication Support: Assist in drafting manuscripts, literature reviews, and other academic outputs for submission to journals and conferences.
- Administrative Support: Provide logistical and organizational assistance for workshops, seminars, and research-related events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, students, and research teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Reporting: Prepare progress updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
