1. Empaneled Pediatric Surgeon

The empaneled pediatric surgeon will form part of the hospital’s specialist panel to address the surgical needs of infants, children, and adolescents. Pediatric surgery is a vital specialty in any healthcare institution as it focuses on addressing congenital, developmental, traumatic, and acquired conditions affecting children.

The role requires the empaneled pediatric surgeon to be available on a need basis to handle specialized procedures and provide expert consultation services within the hospital’s pediatric units.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting surgical assessments and interventions for children presenting with congenital anomalies, gastrointestinal issues, urological problems, and other complex surgical conditions.
  • Collaborating with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in planning and executing surgical treatment plans.
  • Offering pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring that patients and their families receive clear communication about the procedures, expected outcomes, and recovery plans.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary case reviews to enhance the quality of care provided to pediatric patients.

The empaneled ENT surgeon will be called upon to provide consultations, perform surgical interventions, and support the hospital in addressing ENT-related medical needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting examinations, diagnosing conditions, and managing diseases of the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, and related structures.
  • Performing surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, ear surgeries, and other head and neck procedures as needed.
  • Offering expert consultation for complex ENT cases referred by other departments or clinicians.
  • Managing patients with hearing impairments, balance disorders, and other ENT-related complications.
