The Head of Communications and External Affairs will be responsible for leading the Centre’s communication strategy and enhancing its visibility across various platforms. Key responsibilities for this position include:

The Research Officer I (Mathematical Modeller) will be tasked with applying mathematical, computational, and statistical approaches to enhance the Centre’s research and programme delivery. This position is critical in generating insights that inform decision-making and policy within the scope of icipe’s scientific work.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing mathematical models to support research in areas related to insect science, ecology, and related disciplines.
- Applying advanced computational methods to analyze large and complex datasets arising from laboratory, field, and programmatic studies.
- Conducting simulations and predictive modelling to inform programme design, implementation, and policy formulation.
