Direct Sales Officer – Jubilee Health Insurance
Location: Head Office, Nairobi
Reports to: Team Leader – Direct Sales
Job Purpose
The Direct Sales Officer will be responsible for driving the sales of Jubilee Health Insurance products, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall business growth. The role requires proactive engagement with clients, effective product promotion, and delivery of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for Jubilee Health Insurance products.
- Present, promote, and sell health insurance solutions to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information to clients to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Direct Sales business channel.
- Provide feedback from the market to inform product improvement and business strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions as per company policy.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximize sales opportunities.
