Regional Bancassurance Sales Managers (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Nairobi and Coast Regions
Reports to: Head of Bancassurance & Digital Channels
Job Purpose
The Regional Bancassurance Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of health insurance business through the bancassurance channel. The role involves building strong partnerships with banking institutions, leading sales initiatives, and delivering business targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve bancassurance business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks, branch managers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to deliver on performance objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and design solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct product training and capacity building for bank staff to enhance insurance sales capability.
- Monitor regional performance, analyze sales data, and prepare timely reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and bancassurance agreements.
- Provide feedback to inform product development and digital channel enhancements.
